Marco Jansen clean bowled Devon Conway during the Washington Freedom’s six-run MLC win against Faf du Plessis’ Texas Super Kings on Sunday.
Jansen later trapped countryman Calvin Savage lbw to finish with figures of 2-31 in his four overs.
Du Plessis and Proteas finisher David Miller both scored 14 as Texas fell just short of their target, despite the efforts of West Indian Dwayne Bravo, who smashed 76* off 39 balls.
