Dewald Brevis smashed 13 sixes in an incredible maiden T20 century for the Northerns Titans in Potchefstroom on Monday.
The 19-year-old scored 162 off 57 balls against the Free State Knights in the T20 Challenge match as the Titans posted a massive 271-3.
It is the highest individual score in SA domestic T20 cricket, the fastest SA domestic T20 century (35 balls) and the third-highest individual score in T20 history.

Brevis’ knock overshadowed those of Jiveshan Pillay (52 off 45 balls) and Donavon Ferreira (33 off 15).
In reply, the Knights made 230-9. Opener Gihahn Cloete top-scored with 51 off 32 balls.

In the second match of the day, the Central Gauteng Lions beat the Western Province Blitz by 32 runs.
Wiaan Mulder made 52 off 34 balls as the Lions posted 160-8.
They then restricted WP to 128-9, with Tladi Bokako, Malusi Siboto and Codi Yusuf taking two wickets each.
