The Central Gauteng Lions and KwaZulu-Natal will contest the main match of the U19 Khaya Majola Week in Makhanda.
It will be played at Graeme College, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary.
All of Tuesday’s matches were affected by rain with both unofficial semi-finals failing to produce a result.
The Lions’ match against the Northerns Titans was restricted to 26 overs a side.
The Lions posted 208-5, thanks to Richard Seletswane (56), David Teeger (48), Luke Francis (48) and Lhuan-dré Pretorius (30), while Tristan Luus took 3-45 for Northerns.
Northerns were 19-0 after five balls when rain ended the game.
The other semi-final between KwaZulu-Natal and KZN Inland was restricted to 36 overs a side.
Hayden Bishop scored 108* as KZN reached 208-4 in their allotted overs. KZN Inland were 59-3 after 14 overs when play was called off.
