The Free State Knights and KZN Dolphins claimed victories in the T20 Challenge on Sunday.
The Knights earned their second win of the tournament with a 32-run victory over the Northerns Titans in Centurion after being sent in to bat first.
The visitors posted an impressive total of 223-6, powered by standout innings from Rilee Rossouw (66 off 32 balls), Jacques Snyman (44 off 18), and Aubrey Swanepoel (37* off 19). Snyman and Swanepoel will represent South Africa in the upcoming Hong Kong Sixes.
The Titans managed 191-6 in their 20 overs. Donovan Ferreira led the effort with 48 off 28 balls and was supported by Sibonelo Makhanya (34 off 23) and Rivaldo Moonsamy (31 off 24).
Meanwhile, the Dolphins secured their first win of the T20 Challenge, beating Western Province by four wickets at Kingsmead.
WP posted 167-6, thanks to Jonathan Bird (53 off 38 balls), Mihlali Mpongwana (30* off 20) and Valentine Kitime (26 off 21).
Andile Simelane took three wickets for the Dolphins, and Okuhle Cele two.
The Dolphins chased down the target with six balls to spare, with Marques Ackerman playing a match-winning innings of 74 off 47 balls. He was ably supported by Jason Smith (39 off 25) and Bryce Parsons (27* off 20).
