• SuperSport to broadcast 4-Day series

    SuperSport has announced that it will live-stream a number of 4-Day Franchise Series matches from as early as next week.

    The broadcaster will follow the same route as with the Sunshine Tour’s recent Rise-Up Series by live-streaming all the daily action on channel 245 on the DStv Now app or website.

    The third-round match between the Lions and Knights at the Wanderers in Johannesburg this coming Monday will mark the start of the broadcast, with action getting under way as early as 9:55am and the stream will conclude at the end of play each day.

    It’s the first time in a number of years that SuperSport will broadcast any local red-ball action. This comes after some public pressure from journalists and fans, suggesting the 4-Day Franchise Series returns to SuperSport’s channels.

    Other fixtures available to watch, will be the Titans vs Cobras (from 30 November), Titans vs Dolphins (from 13 December) and Cobras vs Knights (from 20 December).
