• Sunrisers blow past RCB

    The Sunrisers Hyderabad banked a five-wicket victory over the Royal Challengers Bangalore in Sharjah.

    RCB struggled on a two-paced wicket, with none of their key batters able to build an innings of any note. AB de Villiers fell for 24 off the same number of deliveries and while Josh Phillipe’s 32 was their highest contribution.

    Sandeep Sharma and Jason Holder got two wickets each. Wriddhiman Saha started strongly and scored 39 off 32 deliveries. He was supported by Manish Pandey, who got 26 off 19.

    Jason Holder’s late charge of 26* off 10 deliveries settled the contest.
