Australia are sweating over seamer Mitchell Starc, who was forced to sit out Monday’s training session with a sore calf.
Starc, who has picked up 10 wickets so far in the four-match series, will be given until the main session on Tuesday to prove his fitness for the third Test at Newlands, which begins on Friday, it was reported.
Should Starc be declared unfit and unavailable for the game in Cape Town, Australia could turn to either Jhye Richardson or Jackson Bird.
The series is currently tied at 1-1 with two Tests left to play.
