After playing only a single game throughout the 2020 IPL campaign, David Miller heads back to the Rajasthan Royals with renewed optimism and in excellent form. Take a look at his IPL record from the past nine years.
Miller made his breakthrough in the IPL during the 2012 season when he started his stint with the Kings XI Punjab.
The left-hander became known for his explosive style of play. That suited the brand of the IPL and the Kings XI Punjab team of the time, who had few big hitters.

In 2013, Miller lit up the IPL with an innings of the highest quality. He smashed his way to a 38-ball century – the third fastest in IPL history – against the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Miller represented the Kings XI Punjab for eight seasons before he was bought by the Rajasthan Royals in 2020. Unfortunately, Miller featured only once in last year’s edition with many overseas stars knocking on the door for a start in the Royals team.
Steve Smith’s departure and Miller’s recent form with the bat could, however, present him with more playing opportunities this year.
