South Africa made one change to their lineup, with wrist-spinner Tabraiz Shamsi replacing Hashim Amla, who injured his knee while playing soccer during the warm-ups on Friday.
South Africa are essentially playing for pride, while Australia will top the World Cup standings with a win in the last round-robin match.
