Former Proteas all-rounder David Wiese has been retained by the Lahore Qalandars for next year’s Pakistan Super League.
The Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings have released former Proteas batsmen Rilee Rossouw and Colin Ingram, respectively.
Islamabad United have parted ways with batsman Cameron Delport and all-rounder Wayne Parnell. Delport is currently playing for the Paarl Rocks in the 2019 edition of the Mzansi Super League in South Africa.

Former Proteas captain AB de Villiers, meanwhile, is unavailable for the 2020 PSL. He played for the Qalandars in the previous edition. The Lahore franchise, too, have released fast bowler Hardus Viljoen.
Last month, several South Africans were released from franchise contracts ahead of next year’s Indian Premier League.
The Delhi Capitals retained fast bowler Kagiso Rabada, but parted ways with all-rounder Chris Morris and Ingram. The franchise used to be called the Delhi Daredevils, prior to this year’s name change.
The Kings XI Punjab released batsman David Miller, but kept Viljoen.
Fast bowler Anrich Nortje left the Kolkata Knight Riders. He was recruited for the 2019 IPL, but didn’t play due to injury.
Left-arm seamer Beuran Hendricks was a late addition to the Mumbai Indians squad earlier this year, but has not been retained. Mumbai, who are the reigning champions, have kept wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock, though.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore have released fast bowler Dale Steyn and wicketkeeper-batsman Heinrich Klaasen, but kept De Villiers.
The Chennai Super Kings retained batsman Faf du Plessis, leg-spinner Imran Tahir and fast bowler Lungi Ngidi.
