The opening match of the SA20 between the Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Joburg Super Kings at St George’s Park was abandoned due to rain without a ball being bowled.

Both teams received two log points.

Organisers will be hoping for better weather in Durban on Thursday when Durban’s Super Giants meet MI Cape Town.
