CSA has announced a 15-man SA U19 Emerging squad for a five-match 50-over series against Zimbabwe.
The series will take place from 20-29 September at the Queens Sport Club in Bulawayo and serve as preparation for future tournaments, including the U19 World Cup in 2026.
Under SA U19 head coach Malibongwe Maketa, the group of 16- and 17-year-old players will be provided with an invaluable opportunity to gain experience in high-pressure match situations against competitive opposition.
The squad will get together for a three-day camp at the Centre of Excellence in Pretoria from 15- 17 September, ahead of their departure on 18 September.
