• Proteas pick Bosch for Champions Trophy

Fast bowler Corbin Bosch has been named in the 15-man Proteas squad for the Champions Trophy in Pakistan.

The 30-year-old, who made his ODI debut against Pakistan in December, replaces the injured Anrich Nortje.

Fast bowler Kwena Maphaka has also been added to the squad as a travelling reserve.

Bosch and Maphaka, along with Proteas batsman Tony de Zorzi, depart for Karachi on Sunday to join the squad for the remainder of the ODI Tri-Series.

Former Pakistan all-rounder Yasir Arafat has joined the support staff as a consultant for both the Tri-Series and the Champions Trophy.

The Proteas are in Group B, with their opening fixture against Afghanistan on 21 February in Karachi.

Temba Bavuma’s side will then travel to Rawalpindi to take on Australia on 25 February, before returning to Karachi for their final group match against England on 1 March.
