Proteas skipper Quinton de Kock once again won the toss and elected to bat first in the second T20I against Australia at St George’s Park in Port Elizabeth.
South Africa were hammered in the first encounter at the Wanderers on Friday thanks to a hat-trick by Aussie spinner Ashton Agar and will need a victory on Sunday to keep the three-match series alive.
Reeza Hendricks, Dwaine Pretorius and Anrich Nortje are back in the side in the place of Jon-Jon Smuts, Andile Phehlukwayo and Dale Steyn, while the visitors XI remain the same from Friday night’s victory.
