Delano Potgieter and Dominic Hendricks scored 96* and 91*, respectively, for the Lions as they beat the Warriors by six wickets in Potchefstroom.
The Warriors, driven by a Jon Jon Smuts century off 112 deliveries, and a well-played 60 from Wihan Lubbe, set the Lions 248 to win.
In hindsight, they were well short of par on an excellent batting track, and will lament the fact that none of their other batters could get past 20.
Bjorn Fortuin put in a good showing with the ball for the Lions, taking 3-52 in his 10 overs, while Eldred Hawkin and Aaron Phangiso took two wickets apiece.
The Warriors started well, taking two early wickets, but Hendricks and Potgieter combined for a 156-run partnership that the Warriors had no response to.
The victory further entrenches the unbeaten Lions at the top of Pool B.
