Former South Africa captain AB de Villiers will reportedly play in the 2019 Pakistan Super League.
De Villiers has enjoyed stints with the Delhi Daredevils and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League and Barbados Tridents in the Caribbean Premier League. He, however, has never participated in the Pakistan Super League.
The hard-hitting right-hander, who retired from international cricket earlier this year, will allegedly play for Lahore Qalandars.

‘He is coming to PSL,’ an unnamed source told Geo TV. ‘As we speak, he is available for around three weeks, you can say around seven matches.’
The Qalandars relished the services of South African batsman Cameron Delport in the previous editions of the PSL. They finished stone last in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Islamabad United, who had Proteas all-rounder JP Duminy in the ranks last year, are the reigning champions.
The fourth edition of the PSL will get under way in February or March next year.
