Ryan Rickelton scored 110 off 75 balls as the Central Gauteng Lions beat the North West Dragons by 133 runs at the Wanderers.
Since being omitted from the Proteas Test squad for the tour of Australia, the 26-year-old has scored 15, 100*, 108* and 17 in the 4-Day Series and 126, 99 and 110 in the One-Day Cup.
REPORT: Rickelton motivated by Proteas snub
The Lions posted 260-5 in their rain-reduced 31 overs, before bowling the Dragons out for 127. Sisanda Magala starred with the ball, taking 5-31.
Meanwhile, the EP Warriors cruised to a six-wicket win against Western Province at St George’s Park.
Ziyaad Abrahams took 3-31 and Akhona Mnyaka 3-20 as WP were bowled out for 155 in 39.5 overs.
The hosts reached the target in 31.2 overs thanks to 52 off 68 balls from captain Diego Rosier and Matthew Breetzke’s 50* off 47.
