The North West Dragons beat the KZN Dolphins by 79 runs in their One-Day Cup match at Kingsmead on Friday.
The Dragons posted 260-7 in their 50 overs, thanks to half-centuries from Heino Kuhn (58), Christopher Britz (81) and Senuran Muthusamy (73).
Britz and Muthusamy put on 102 runs for the third wicket, before Muthusamy and Delano Potgieter (19) added 49 runs for the fifth.
Kerwin Mungroo was the Dolphins’ best bowler, taking 4-31 in his 10 overs.
The Dragons then bowled the Dolphins out for 181 in 45.5 overs.
Caleb Seleka, playing in just his second List A match, finished with outstanding figures of 10-1-20-4, while Duan Jansen picked up 3-32.
Sarel Erwee scored 52 at the top of the order for the Dolphins and Khaya Zondo 50 at No 5.
In the second division, the Northern Cape Heat beat the Eastern Storm by four wickets in Kimberley and the KZN Inland Tuskers defeated South Western Districts by 101 runs in Oudtshoorn.
