Duanne Olivier has been included in a 21-man Proteas squad for the Test series against India.
The fast bowler recently returned to the South African domestic set-up following a prolonged stint in the United Kingdom.
Olivier’s last Test appearance for South Africa was against Sri Lanka in Port Elizabeth in February 2019.
The 29-year-old is the leading wicket-taker in the Domestic 4-Day Series, with 28 at an average of 11.14 and a strike rate of 23.1.
There are four uncapped Test players in the squad – Glenton Stuurman, Prenelan Subrayen, Sisanda Magala and Ryan Rickelton.
