The SA Invitational XI’s bowlers dominated the final day of the warm-up match against the West Indies in Benoni.
The tourists were 208-8 in their second innings after 49 overs, and leading by 242 runs, when the captains shook hands on the draw.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Joshua Da Silva, who made an unbeaten 54 in the West Indies’ first innings, top-scored with 44 off 62 balls in their second.
Jermaine Blackwood (39), Jason Holder (32) and Kemar Roach (29*) also made notable contributions, but the top order again failed to fire.

Thando Ntini (the son of Makhaya) dismissed Tagenarine Chanderpaul (the son of Shivnarine) cheaply again, and finished with impressive figures of 9-5-10-2.

Irvin Modimokoane also picked up two wickets.
The first Test between the Proteas and West Indies starts in Centurion on Tuesday, with the second at the Wanderers from 8 March.
