Lungi Ngidi and Duanne Olivier have been called up to the Proteas Test squad following the injury to Dale Steyn.
Steyn left the field midway through the last over before tea on the second day of the first Test against India, because of a heel injury, and has been ruled out for four to six weeks.

‘I felt really sorry for Dale because he had done a lot of hard work to get back to where he was and it was a new injury,’ said Proteas coach Ottis Gibson.
‘I’ve heard a lot of good things about Lungi Ngidi and I’ve seen him on TV. We’ll add him to the squad and then when we get to Pretoria and have a couple of training days we will have a look and make a decision.’
Ngidi (21) has only represented his country in T20I cricket to date, while Olivier (25) has five Test caps.
