The Central Gauteng Lions will host Western Province in this season’s 4-Day Domestic Series final.
On Saturday, the Lions beat the Northerns Titans by five wickets in Centurion to finish top of the 4-Day Series log with 119.36 points, after three wins, three draws and one loss from their seven fixtures.
The day before, Western Province completed an innings-and-259-run win against defending champions the KZN Dolphins at Newlands. WP ended with 118.56 points after four wins, one draw and three defeats.
The Titans (108.54) and Dolphins (106.56) finished third and fourth on the log, respectively.
The five-day final will start on Wednesday at the Wanderers.
