Proteas Women opener Lizelle Lee has moved to the top of the ICC Women’s ODI Batting Rankings, following her recent success in India.
Lee has been an inspiration with the bat in the South Africans’ unassailable 3-1 series lead over India in the subcontinent.
Lee replaces England’s Tammy Beaumont at the summit of the rankings, having secured scores of 4, 132 and 69 since the start of last week, adding to her unbeaten 83 from the previous week.
