Marizanne Kapp tasted her first victory in the Kia Super League as the Surrey Stars beat the Yorkshire Diamonds by six wickets.
The Proteas all-rounder has yet to find her batting groove, for having been run out for one in her first game, she was bowled without scoring on Thursday night.
Not that it mattered, for when she came in, Surrey were within four runs of their target of 135 with two overs to go. Earlier, she had helped restrict the Yorkshire Diamonds to a total of 134-5, conceding 15 runs from two overs.
Shabnim Ismail has yet to celebrate a win in the league after two matches, the Diamonds having been struck by Loughborough Lightning in their first match. She was called on for just two overs, from which the Stars took 14.
