Imran Tahir took his wickets tally to 24 for the campaign, one behind Kagiso Rabada at the top of the 2019 IPL wicket-takers list.
Tahir took 1-28 in the Chennai Super Kings’ qualifier clash against the Delhi Capitals as he continued his dominance during the tournament.
He removed the Capitals’ captain Shreyas Iyer and helped CSK throttle DC in the middle overs.
After Tahir finished his four overs, the Capitals were on 116-6 with three overs remaining.
DC managed to add 31 runs to take them to 147-9 in 20 overs.
