Cricket South Africa’s interim board has confirmed that a Special General Meeting (SGM) with Minister of Sport Nathi Mthethwa will take place on Saturday.

The SGM will involve the official amendment of CSA’s Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) to implement the proposal of a majority independent board.

Mthethwa, chair of the interim board, Dr Stavros Nicolaou, together with CSA Acting President Mr. Rihan Richards will oversee proceedings with short addresses regarding the future of a permanent CSA board.
