Gerald Coetzee was snapped up by the Mumbai Indians at the IPL Auction on Tuesday.
Mumbai bought the Proteas fast bowler for five crore (R11.1-million).
Proteas batsman Rilee Rossouw was sold to the Punjab Kings for eight crore (R17.6-million) after a bidding war with the Delhi Capitals, who he represented in 2023.
Batsman Tristan Stubbs was sold to the Delhi Capitals for 50 lakh (R1.1-million), while pace bowler Nandre Burger went to the Rajasthan Royals for the same amount.
Rassie van der Dussen (two crore) and Tabraiz Shamsi (50 lakh) went unsold.
