A batsman survived having his middle stump knocked back during a third-grade club match in Australia.
Ginninderra bowler Andy Reynolds celebrated with teammates after appearing to clean bowl West District opener Matthew Bosustow.
But the bails hadn’t been disturbed and Bosustow, who had begun walking off, was correctly called back by the umpires.
The law states: “The wicket is broken when at least one bail is completely removed from the top of the stumps, or one or more stumps is removed from the ground.”
