South African batsman Rassie van der Dussen has been added to the list of players for Tuesday’s Indian Premier League auction.
Van der Dussen was the leading run-scorer in the inaugural Mzansi Super League, having struck 469 runs in 11 innings for the title-winning Jozi Stars.
The hard-hitting righ-hander also won the inaugural Global T20 Canada with the Vancouver Knights – and featured for the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the Caribbean Premier League – earlier this year.
Fast bowlers Anrich Nortje and Lutho Sipamla, who represented the Cape Town Blitz and Tshwane Spartans respectively in the MSL, have been listed for the auction as well.
Batsmen Janneman Malan, Cameron Delport, Ryan Rickelton and Pite van Biljon, all-rounder Jason Smith and seamer Shadley van Schalkwyk are the other internationally-uncapped South African players among the candidates.
