Lungi Ngidi picking up the wicket of David Warner on the first day of the second Test in Port Elizabeth is our Play of the Day.
Warner had dominated the headlines for all the wrong reasons leading up to the second Test, so he would have wanted to make a point at St George’s Park.
The Australian opener began his innings slowly, but played confidently and managed to reach his half-century by lunch.
He was looking good on 63 when he was beaten for pace by Ngidi, who clipped the top of the Australian’s off-stump to send him back into the stands.
The wicket of Warner had a domino effect on the Australian innings as they collapsed, and were eventually all out for 243.
