Reeza Hendricks has been a major part of the Knights success this season on their Road to the Ram Slam T20 final.
Reeza Hendricks took the sword to the Lions in the Semi Final last Sunday, smashing an unbeaten 74 of 53 balls to take the Knights to victory.
What made this innings more impressive was that Hendricks carried the side home from start to finish, while scoring at more than a run a ball.
Hendricks was well supported by Rilee Rossouw who hit 58 of 42 balls before falling with five runs to get. Hendricks and Rossouw put on a partnership of 115 in 13 overs.
Hendricks ended the game the very next ball after Rossouw’s exit, by hitting a six over deep boundary to end the game.
Hendricks was rewarded earlier in the season by being part of the South African T20 squad that toured Australia, where he made his international debut.
The Ram Slam T20 final will take place later today at Newlands between the Cape Cobras and the Knights.
