Chris Morris took 4-26 in Hyderabad on Wednesday as the Delhi Daredevils slumped to a 15-run defeat.
The South African speedster has been in amazing form in this year’s IPL, picking up his best figures of the season with a four-for against last year’s champions.
The hosts posted 191-4 in their 20 overs, thanks to amazing batting displays from Kane Williamson (89 off 51) and
Shikhar Dhawan (70 off 50), who put on 136 for the second wicket.
Morris was the only wicket-taker for his side, dismissing high-profile names such as David Warner (4), Williamson, Dhawan and Yuvraj Singh.
This restricted the Sunrisers Hyderabad to 191-4, a total that the Delhi-side could not chase down as they fell 15 runs short of the target.
