Marchant de Lange is the latest South African linked to a Kolpak deal, with Glamorgan apparently looking to sign the Knights speedster.
According to Rapport, a deal between the bowler and the county side, which is captained by Jacques Rudolph, is at an ‘advanced stage’.
The 26-year-old, who played two Tests, four ODIs and six T20Is for South Africa, will join Kyle Abbott, Rilee Roussow, Stiaan van Zyl, Simon Harmer, Hardus Viljoen, Colin Ingram and David Wiese on the list of players seeking security in England.
De Lange has had an encouraging season for the Knights so far, picking up 21 scalps in four matches at an average of 24.38 and has also managed one half-century for his side.
