Usman Khawaja was held back by security while the Australians were booed by Long Room members at Lord’s on Sunday.
The lunch-time incident followed the controversial stumping of Jonny Bairstow by Alex Carey, when the England batsman left his crease mistakenly thinking the ball was dead.
