Aneurin Donald smashed a big century for Rondebosch against Kraaifontein in a Western Province club cricket match at the Terry Eksteen Oval on Sunday.

The 26-year-old Welshman, who played for Hampshire in the 2022 English County Championship, finished unbeaten on 159 off 47 balls. His knock included 12 fours and 16 sixes.

Donald’s onslaught saw Rondebosch reach their 244-run target inside 15 overs.

As you would expect, Kraaifontein’s bowling figures were ugly, with the most economical of the five bowlers used going at 14.9 runs an over and the most expensive at 23.5.
