Western Province’s Juan James has been named captain of the 2022 SA Schools boys team.
James is joined by WP teammates Bongile Mfunelwa – the Player of the Tournament at the recent Khaya Majola Week – and Liyema Waqu.
Waqu, Nathan Jacobs (Boland) and Richard Seletswane (Lions) were also selected for last year’s SA Schools team.
Seletswane and Lions teammate Kwena Maphaka represented SA U19 during the T20 Knockout competition.
