Faf du Plessis was on fire for the St Lucia Kings in the Caribbean Premier League on Thursday.
The former Proteas captain smashed 103 off 59 balls while opening the batting against the Guyana Amazon Warriors, including 10 fours and six sixes.
While St Lucia lost the match by six wickets, Du Plessis was named Most Valuable Player.
The 38-year-old has scored 291 runs in eight matches in this year’s CPL, at an average of 41.57 and a strike rate of 170.17.
