Aaron Phangiso has replaced fast bowler Kagiso Rabada for the second ODI against New Zealand in Potchefstroom on Sunday.

South Africa won the toss and elected to bat on a surface that both teams will know little about. AB de Villiers will probably be keen to slow the game down during the New Zealand innings and that is why Phangiso has been preferred to Rabada.

Phangiso has taken 15 wickets in 14 one-day matches at an average of 38.2 and a strike-rate of 50.3.
