Raynard van Tonder was the big winner at the Knights Annual Awards, claiming four awards including the prestigious Most Valuable Player of The Year Award.
The Knights held their annual awards function virtually on 3June. The virtual awards ceremony was the end of an innings for both franchise and VKB era.
The award winners for the 2020/2021 cricket season were announced by head coach Allan Donald: ‘These being unprecedented challenging times for every single one of the players and coaching staff, we are grateful for your efforts and the outstanding personal achievements throughout last summer.’
‘Congratulations to each and every winner, it was well deserved and there is no question that we can get very close to being a brilliant team.’
