Aiden Markram reached a maiden first-class double century as the 4-Day Franchise Series clash between the Titans and Knights ended in a draw.
Markram and Dean Elgar continued their brilliant start to the home side’s second innings at SuperSport Park. The right-hander soon reached his century and led the way to help build a decent lead for the Titans.
Elgar departed for 90, Neil Brand was run out for a duck and Sibonelo Makhanya struck a decent 68 but Markram stood firm to reach his 200 in style.
Heinrich Klaasen and he took the Titans to 386-3 before the captains shook hands in the changing room.
RESULT – MATCH DRAWN
