‘My prayers are with him. All well wishes are with him that he gets out of this soon. I think he was doing a lot of work in the area of Balochistan and the northern areas just to help the people. Throughout the Covid situation he was helping the poor and doing a very good job. Well wishes are with him to get well soon,’ said Misbah, who is preparing his Pakistan team for an upcoming tour to England.
The 40-year-old Afridi Tweeted again on Sunday morning by thanking everyone, who has been supporting him, while he also emphasised the importance of people to remain safe under the current nature.
A quick message to thank everybody who’s been praying for my recovery and for the heartfelt messages I’ve been receiving; thank you so much. Please stay safe & continue to look out for those who need help during these testing times. Lots of love for you all ??
