The Free State Knights thrashed the Boland Rocks by nine wickets on day three of their match in Paarl.
The Rocks trailed the Knights by 281 runs going into their second innings on Tuesday.
Pieter Malan (86) and Clyde Fortuin (133) took them to 178-1 before the former was bowled by left-arm spinner Monde Maqunqu, who then knocked over Janneman Malan for a duck.
Monde Maqunqu went on to claim his maiden five-wicket haul in first-class cricket and finish with 6-82 in 26.4 overs.
Michael Copeland (30) and Shaun von Berg (39*) made useful contributions for Boland, but their second-innings total of 319 was not nearly enough.
The Knights, who have already been relegated to Division 2, needed just 6.1 overs to reach their 39-run target.

In Potchefstroom, the log-leading KZN Dolphins were bowled out for 222 in their second innings by the Central Gauteng Lions, who need 293 runs to win.
Khaya Zondo (65) and Jason Smith (59) put on 111 for the Dolphins’ fifth wicket.
Evan Jones starred with the ball for the Lions, taking 5-46, including the big wickets of Zondo and Smith.

The Lions were 64-1 at stumps, still needing another 229 runs for victory.
Joshua Richards (two) was trapped lbw by Thando Ntini early on, before captain Dominic Hendricks (32*) and Kagiso Rapulana (30*) got the chase back on track.
In Centurion, the second-placed Northerns Titans were 53-0 in their second innings against the North West Dragons, needing another 137 runs to win and keep their title hopes alive.
Neil Brand (17*) and Modiri Litheko (29*) will resume the innings on Wednesday.
The Dragons improved on their first-innings 148 with 360 in their second, thanks mainly to the efforts of Senuran Muthusamy (62) and JP King (92).
Matthew Boast took 3-62 for the Titans.
At Newlands, Western Province were 129-3 in their second innings at stumps having been set 339 to win by the EP Warriors.
Edward Moore (38) and Zubayr Hamza (51) put on 80 runs for WP’s second wicket, after the hosts had lost Jonathan Bird for five.
Captain Kyle Verreynne (24*) and George Linde (11*) were at the crease.
Earlier in the day, Linde took 3-25 as the Warriors were bowled out for 184 in their second innings.
