    The IPL play of the day goes to Gautam Gambhir, for passing the 5 000 T20 runs milestone on Saturday.

    The Kolkata Knight Riders skipper has rolled back the years in IPL 2016 so far, and currently boasts the Orange Cap for the most runs scored in the tournament.

    When he got to 17 against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, he became the 16th player and the fourth Indian to pass 5 000 T20 runs. His unbeaten 90 in the match earned him the Man of the Match accolade.
